Mechanical Locking
The foundation of the patented System 3E technology is the specific geometric shape of the blocks, which forms a unified interlocking system. This shape generates a strong friction force when the blocks are pressed together, securely locking the elements in place.
Installation requires simply placing the block on the previous layer and a light tap with a rubber mallet. The interlocking system automatically presses the elements into perfect alignment. The result is a perfectly level and straight wall without the use of mortar or glue.
Due to this unique system, the formation of vertical and horizontal joints is eliminated. Because air and moisture cannot get between the blocks, the wall is completely free of any thermal bridges.
Volcanic Perlite – Nature's Gift to Construction
System 3E blocks consist of 99% expanded perlite, which is natural volcanic glass. This gives the block unique thermal and sound insulation as well as fire resistance properties.
Excellent Thermal Insulation
Expanded perlite contains millions of microscopic air bubbles that create a highly effective thermal barrier. System 3E walls ensure warmth in winter and coolness in summer without additional insulation.
Top-class Fire Resistance
Since perlite is an inorganic volcanic mineral, the blocks are completely non-combustible. The walls provide a fire resistance class of REI 240+M, which means they maintain their fire and load-bearing capacity for at least 4 hours.
Sound Insulation and Ecology
The specific density and porous structure of the blocks offer excellent acoustic insulation (up to 45 dB for interior walls). The material is 100% recyclable, non-allergenic, and emits no harmful gases or dust over its lifetime.

SYSTEM 3E is a patented building system based on perlite. Thanks to the blocks' Morse taper-shaped interlocking system, walls are laid completely dry – without mortar, glue, or water. The result is an exceptionally warm, fire-resistant, and ecological home.
